RETURN CONDITIONS

Your satisfaction as a customer is essential to us. We offer a full refund without hassle as long as you return the product in its original condition and packaging. We offer refunds within the statutory period of 14 days after receiving your purchase if the product you received is not suitable or you are simply not satisfied.

REPORT RETURN

You can register your return by sending us an email to info@belvoirco.nl . You will then receive instructions from us to download and print your return label.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If the product received is defective, please contact us here. Please include your order number and full name along with details of the product and defect. We will then advise you on how to return the item. We will provide you with a replacement copy free of charge.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping charges for returns are non-refundable unless the goods are defective. If the goods are defective, we will refund standard shipping costs.

Germany: €7.99

INCORRECT ITEMS

If you have received an incorrect order, please contact us here, quoting your name, address and order number, along with details of the item received and the item ordered. Please also indicate whether you would like a replacement or refund. We will advise you on how to return the goods.
